This oxo utensil holder is better than I expected because it has slotted holes in the bottom of each chamber to hold each utensil in place. Theoretically it would hold 24 utensils, but you could easily get even more in it if you wanted. True to its word, the bottom pops off for occasional cleaning. Unless you're a clean freak, you'd be surprised how much dust settles into the bottom of any utensil holder.

The only downside was that some idiot at oxo thought that putting a 5"x4" sticker across one side with industrial-strength superglue was a good idea. Took me 12 minutes of hard scrubbing with Windex to get the glue off; the sticker came apart in 40 slivers. Put that crap on the box, NOT the item I'm buying.

This is the best utensil holder I have ever used! It holds a huge supply of utensils and is so sturdy it never falls over. It really saved me drawer space and keeps things conveniently in reach. It looks nice too.
