I bought this a few months back. I like it a lot. Not hard to install, nice heavy parts--quality unit that will last a long time.

What I like a bunch:
the hooks--I hang my immersion blender on one and ladles on the others. These are weird-shaped things that I use pretty often, so they're not taking up drawer space.
The shelves--I put my little pottery spice jars there. The size is perfect and nothing falls out.
The look--the chrome look is sleek and classy looking--complements my kitchen

What I am not so crazy about:
The paper towel holder--You have to hang on to the roll and then pull off a towel or you get zoom! a bunch of towels. It runs so smoothly that soon your towels are out of control.
It's pretty tall--be sure to measure and make sure you have some good height. My unit just fits, but that means that the top is pretty close to my cabinet bottom. No scraped knuckles, but it's just a touch tight.

All in all, I am pleased with this purchase. I'd like to find a couple more hooks.
