These only have a tiny magnet inserted into the base of the screw, so no staying power at all. Can hardly stick to the fridge on their own.

You can tell by the picture, but I will still note that all 4 colors aren't shaped the same so they look better when used in the same location. If "Fred" wanted to be cheap, they could have used the same mold for all of them.

They are made of rubber, not hard plastic, which gives them a bit of an icky feel (score!).

I like having the magnet molded inside the rubber. No worries about the magnet coming loose over time, or if dropped.

Of course the price is ridiculous. But you're joining an elite society when you buy these gross little magnets, so you have to expect to pay a little more than you would for boring magnets sold to the peasant masses.
