As always, a quality product from Zojirushi. I have also a rice cooker I have been using for 6 years and a water-boiler that I bought second-hand and has been going strong for a total of 4+ years between the old owner and me. I just bought this vacuum bottle and it seems like an equally solid piece of craftsmanship. Was a bit pricey, but I'm hoping it'll hold up for years and save me money in the long run. It certainly keeps liquid hot for a full day.

My only complaint about this product is the size. It is quite small, and will not work well for heavy coffee drinkers, unless you've got access to your brewing station all day. For I would expect something a little bigger, but it's still easily the best travel mug I have owned.
It does fit under my Keurig brewer, and one Keurig "big cup" fills the Tuff Mug about 3/4 full.
I am very impressed with how long it keeps coffee hot--hours. The lid is secure and I do not worry about carrying it, upright, in my purse. I find that it's easy to wash, and the lid/little storage area is cute.
Unless I am completely missing something, there's no collapsible handle as stated on the product description, but I'm not sure why a person would need one for a mug this size.
